Watersprite is one of the biggest student-led film festivals in the world. In 2019, we received over 1000 submissions, extended our reach to 100 countries and welcomed more guests than ever before to the free 4-day festival in March. Couldn’t make Watersprite 2019? The submissions period is now over for the 2019 festival and our nominees announced here. Make sure to follow/like us on social media to be the first to hear about our submissions call for the 2020 festival. We firmly believe that the film industry should be more accessible, so if your film gets nominated for a Watersprite Award we will pay for your travel to the festival and accommodation in Cambridge.
